Mobimatt Investment Cooperative Society Limited is registered under the Co-operative Societies Act with its registration number being CS/18306 . Its main mandate is to carry out investment activities utilizing members' contributions guided by its Four Investment Pillars of Real Estate, Private Equity, Member Loans and Agribusiness investments. Mobimatt Investment Cooperative Society (MICS) draws i

ts membership from like minded, Investors in Kenya and the Diaspora. Membership is subject to a payment of an Entrance Fee of KShs. 5,000 and a minimum of KShs. 15,000 for Individuals, KShs 50,000 for other cooperatives and KShs 100,000 for companies as share capital up to a maximum of one fifth (1/5) of the total members share capital . After paying the minimum share capital, each member is at liberty to increase their share capital by making regular contributions or make specific investment contributions towards a specific project as and when these projects are initiated or made available to invest in.
