we offer the following services.
-collecting rent on behalf of landlords.
-determine fair rent for the premises.
- look for suitable tenants.
- offer loans to our landlords.
-we also book local and international flights plus hiring of halls at just sh.150 per hour.
We pay our landlords on 10th of every month regardless of whether all tenants have paid or not.(we pay all occupied houses).
