Umoja estate is a prime land located along the ends of Nairobi City.
In the future, as Nairobi moves from being just a city to become an international hub for global affairs, Umoja will be converted into a place for foreigners to crash.
This is evident by the many soldiers in Umoja II guarding International Volunteers in their host families.
These volunteers get engaged in various activies and are exposed to different lights of Kenya. Therefore, they will attract Foreign investments and as they have started living here, they may continue and Umoja will be known as Umoja City. For it will unite nations in Nairobi.
