This baddy of mine had quite a story when we met at the bar, he looked like he was about to cry so I bought him one and waited fearfully. It is not every day you see a grown man weep. Lucky for me he took the cold tusker poured it into his glass watching the foam buoy to the top. Then he broke the silence between us and said, 'Ten years ago, mimi na wife were called by a cousin of mine to Utawala, he showed us this piece of land dry as bone with nothing for miles. 1/8th was going for 150 so me na wife being better off than my cousin, we booked the two next to him. Today he called me to his house warming party and we arrived at his mansion. He politely enquired after our investment and me na wife were blank. Later that night I secretly called the agent and here's what he had to say: mzee we sent you mail you did not respond so someone else came along and bought it. But you can still buy 1/8th at 2M today...' There is a moral there that is true about most people. We tend to underestimate things or say tomorrow only to forget. Try and make hay while the sun still shines.
