The investor deposits 30% initially, 50% during the construction period, and 20% upon completion of the home. All the consequent payments are paid into an Escrow account giving you the confidence that your funds are secured until the property is completed and handed over to you.
The contractor will build the homes at their own cost and will be paid upon delivery of the properties to the investors after the QS approval.
