SIMPLE LAND BUYING PROCESS
1)DO A SITE VISIT i.e get to see the exact property that is being sold to you ,even better see the demarcation.
2)IF YOU LIKE THE PROPERTY DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE, THIS MAYBE THROUGH:
a)Get the copy of the title and do a search from the registry offices ensure there are no encumbrances on the title.
b)Visit the neighbours to find out more about the land the information you will get will help to you avoid being conned.
If everything turns out okay now you proceed to step 3.
3)DO THE SALE AGREEMENT between you and the person or company selling the property.
4) MAKE PAYMENTS
5)DO THE TRANSFER of the title deed this will happen if you have fully paid for the said property.
