Job title:
- Office Administrator

Job summary:
- Manage the affairs of the building, the tenants and the staff.

Employment type:
- Full-time.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities.
- Supervise the staff and divide responsibilities.
- Keep stock of supplies and order for more when needed.
- Ensure that the bills are paid on time.
- Collect rent from the tenants.
- Show appartments, shops and offices to interested clients.
- Liaise with agents.
- Manage online presence.
- Handle petty cash.
- Keep a record of finances, and a database of personnel and
tenants.
- Receive phonecalls and make appointments.
- Manage agendas and make travel arrangements.

Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field.

Skills and competencies:
- Computer skills.
- Can work unsupervised.
- Marketing.
- Can think on his/her feet and be creative.
- Can work in a team.
- Delegation.

Hours:
- 8 am - 6 pm.
