Sometimes when I go for site tours, it’s not just about seeing the land, the neighborhood and all that comes with it.

I get to enjoy fresh fruits like mangoes right there in the project. Other times, I’ll visit a client in Kizingo, Malindi and leave with fresh vegetables- capsicum, tomatoes, mboga za kienyeji and more.

Along the way, I might also make a stop at Chumani Centre for some delicious deep-fried chicken. And trust me, this experience isn’t just enjoyed by me- my clients get to enjoy it too!

There are also those days when we head to the beach to check just how close the project is to the ocean.

I love doing these tours because I’m not only showing you your future investment; I’m also showing you the places around it-where you can relax, enjoy good food, listen to good music and simply have a good time.

I remember one particular client who wanted a plot in Kilifi, but her biggest requirement was:

“Isi­we mbali na beach na clubs. I love having a good time. Good music, drinks and food.” 😂

So, I recommended Bofa-close to the ocean and still conveniently near town, where she could enjoy all the things she loves.

The past few days have been hectic… not in a bad way, but definitely full-packed and up & down between Watamu and Kilifi.

I’ve had site visits 2 days in a row, and honestly, despite feeling a little overwhelmed, this really feels like a calling. I’ll still smile, show up and go the extra mile because I was made to do this.

Anyway, my clients had travelled all the way from Nairobi and wanted a plot near the ocean. We started with the Watamu option next to Jacaranda at Ksh. 2.5M, then went on to explore the options in Kilifi.

And guess what? My clients secured their plot! 🥳🎉 Yesterday, we were already in the office sorting out payments, receipts and sale agreements.
