As the founder & Chairman of such an amazing group Pwani Realtors , am baffled and highly encouraged after building a strong team in two years.

Yesterday, 9th May 2026, we made history at Ngome Giriama. Our 2nd Anniversary was not just an event — it was a celebration of _brotherhood, discipline, and shared vision_.

As your chairman, am left speechless seeing how far we have come for a span of just 2 years, the amazing family we have created, things we have accomplished & the goals we havesey for the future. Am so PROUD to be your founder.

On 25th April 2024 we started with a dream and 10 believers. Today, 9th May 2026, we stand as Pwani Realtors SHG — stronger, wiser, richer in brotherhood.

This anniversary belongs to you:
The early bird who pays before dawn.
The table banking champion who borrows and honors.
The attendance hero who never misses.
The Pwani Spirit who carries us all.

STARTING OVER

Let me correct a dangerous mindset you’ve been carrying
 starting over is not failure. In fact, sometimes it is the smartest move you will ever make.

Failure is not when you restart. Failure is when you stay stuck in something that is already destroying your growth, your peace, or your future.

Starting over simply means you have gained awareness. You now see what doesn’t work, and you choose to rebuild with wisdom. Life is not a straight road. It is a cycle of learning, adjusting, and improving.

📌 Think about someone who leaves a job that is draining their mental health. Or a young person who drops a business that keeps swallowing money with no return. From outside, people may call it failure. But in reality, they are resetting their direction before total collapse.

📌If you ever have to start over, don’t rush into shame. Instead, sit down and ask: What did I learn? What will I do differently this time? Then move again with clarity, not emotion. Growth comes from reflection, not regret.

⚠ Listen carefully
 you are not starting from zero. You are starting from experience. And experience is an advantage most people don’t have yet.
