👉A crocodile’s jaws can apply 5,000 pounds of pressure per square inch – the strongest bite of any animal in the world.

👉 Crocodiles don’t sweat. To keep cool, they open their mouths which are known as “mouth gaping,” very similar to panting.
👉Crocodiles swallow small stones to improve digestion. These stones help grind up the food in their stomachs.
👉The expression to cry ‘crocodile tears’ (to display insincere or a false display of emotion), derives from crocodiles shedding tears, while they eat their prey.

👉Leopards are renowned for their agility. They run up to 58km/h and can leap 6m horizontally and 3m vertically. They are also very strong swimmers. Cute, eh?
👉The leopard is the most elusive and secretive of the large felids. They are extremely difficult to trace and locate in the wild.
👉They mark their ranges with urine and leave claw marks on trees to warn others to stay away. Ouch!
👉Leopards tend to have distinctive dark spots called rosettes, which create beautiful patterns against their otherwise light fur. Black leopards, however, have dark fur which makes it difficult to see the spots. They appear almost solid black and are often called black panthers.

Matatu is slang for minibuses that are used as transport in Kenya. In Nairobi, public transportation is the norm for the majority of the population and matatus play a critical role in providing city dwellers with transport.

A feature of matatus is the art on their body. Nairobi matatus are a sight to , especially for first-time visitors. Graffiti from pop culture, music icons and topics adorn the sides of the matatus in a show of prowess. The more colourful the van, the more famous it is and the more likely it is to passengers.

It is impossible to Nairobi without its matatus. Matatus have to become more than just a means of transport. They are a phenomenon.
