According to the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF) - "Few developers have the capacity to deliver more than a few hundred units at a time". 🏠

In order to address the current backlog of 50 million homes in Africa, and to scale affordable housing, we need mechanisms to attract, train and empower more housing developers on the ground! 🌍📈

📚 An excellent course to learn about what it takes to develop an affordable housing project (with a focus on emerging countries with fast-growing cities) is IHS's 'Developing Social Housing Project' course.
