On 27th January REMUSI Housing Cooperative officials held a productive meeting with our project architect to receive key updates on the architectural designs for the Juja plot development.

The session focused on reviewing the proposed layouts, unit distribution, and overall building outlook to ensure the designs align with our vision of delivering quality, affordable housing to our members.

We appreciate the architect’s professionalism and guidance as we move closer to finalizing the plans and proceeding to the next stages of the project.

Together, we are making steady progress towards achieving our housing dream.

*01: Registration*
A person is qualified to join Remusi Housing upon filling the registration form and payment of
Membership fee of Kshs 300.00. This is non refundable

*02:Shareholding*
After registration you have to raise a share capital of Kshs 10,000 kshs. You are given a grace period of up to 12 months to complete paying for the share capital after which share certificates are given.This amount is non refundable but transferable

*03: Investment*
The member will then make a minimum monthly contribution (Deposits) of Kshs 1,000.00 and an administration fee of Kshs 200.00 per month. The admin fee is for effective running of our operations and the deposits goes to one’s investment account and on accumulation, a member can redeem the same to participate in a project.(Now we have Juja plot which is still open and needs an average of kshs 50,000 to be an owner in this project).
