Following the initial Topographical Survey at our site in Ntashart, Kajiado, we’ve successfully transitioned into the detailed Engineering Survey phase. This step is critical for ensuring the residential design respects the natural contours of the land while optimizing drainage and structural positioning.

But the work didn’t stop at the boundary pins. To ensure seamless access, we extended our scope to Kiambu County, executing a 6km Route Survey to link the site to the existing road network. By strictly adhering to the Registry Index Maps (RIM), we’ve ensured that every meter of this proposed corridor is legally aligned and technically sound.

We’re currently on-site at CITAM Valley Road, getting the "lay of the land" to ensure the next phase of this project is grounded in absolute accuracy. Using a mix of Robotic Total Station precision for tight tolerances and GNSS RTK for high-speed, centimeter-level positioning, we are capturing every detail of the terrain.

To ensure consistency throughout the construction lifecycle, permanent benchmarks have been established across the site. Every point counts when you're building for the future!
