Under instructions received from the Chargee, we shall sell by public auction the under mentioned property on
Tuesday 27th April, 2021 at our offices along Kijabe Street next to Universal Church starting at 11:00 am.

3. A deposit of 10% of the sale price must be paid either in cash or banker’s cheque or bank transfer at the fall of
the hammer and balance paid within 90 days to the chargees/chargee advocates.
4. The sale is subject to a reserve price and other requisite consents.
