The concept was conceived by a group of individuals who were interested in a joint venture capital organization within the bounds of a registered entity in which members make monetary contributions towards investing in a high capital asset. Members’ contributions is directed towards the objective of investing in fixed and current assets in the interest of all members. The organization is administered by the elected officials and is registered by the registrar of societies according to the current laws of Republic of Kenya.
