●The term 'off-plan property' refers to property which is available for purchase before it has been constructed.

This is where the phrase 'buying off-plan' comes from. What the developer of the project sells is the concepts rather than the physical project using 3D of the actual project.

Why are homebuyers rushing Off Plan Sales?

1.Affordability-Offplan projects have been found to be 20-30% cheaper than the completed projects .This is because the developer offer the property as investor packages which gives them opportunity to make profit when selling upon completion of the project, Also, the prices of building materials would have increased at time of completion,So buying off-plan is like hedging against increasing construction costs & devaluing currency.

2.Flexible payment-Most completed houses don’t accept payment plans as the developers are looking for outright payments but off-plan projects allow you to spread payments for up to 12 months.

3.Better quality delivery-Since the developer is at risk of losing out clients for bad project, more attention is put to deliver quality work to impress the buyer, The buyer also have the ability to follow up the construction process.
