As the year comes to an end I want to thank each and everyone of you for the amazing feedback you have given me with regards to my Real Estate content. From enquiring, to nugging me on, a like, a share and even those who have booked site visits.

This is a testament of the power of social media and I look forward to sharing more content on the projects I am selling.

I started actively posting about real estate in September and have seen what consistency can actually do - it beats perfection.

🥂So here's to a new year of closing sales, more site visits, more enquiries and more onboarding of projects.

Some saving tips when buying a house - Buy before ground breaking or after ground breaking.

Once the project is complete then the units are charged at market price. Like in this case the prices at the Sabaki development have changed as of today to reflect the current market price.

Someone who bought a unit two weeks ago say on mortgage bought it at Ksh. 3.6m now it's Ksh. 4m and the prices might go higher a year, two or so from now.

For the Ngong Rd project the prices went slightly up from Ksh.2.1m to Ksh. 2.2m after ground breaking and once construction is complete best believe it will be around Ksh. 3m+. So if you plan to buy do so now.
