I AM NOT A DOCTOR, BUT LET ME TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT CANCER BEFORE SOMEBODY WILL SAY I M FORMING EXPERT.
Some information concerns all of us. If you like, ignore it. If you like, learn from it. Your body will decide the rest.
1. OVERPROCESSED FOODS:
All these "fast life, fast food" habits.
Example: You eat hotdog, sausage, shawarma, noodles, and Coke as breakfast, then you shout "Cancer will not see me." My dear, you are the one seeing cancer.
2. TOO MUCH ALCOHOL:
Let us stop pretending. Excess alcohol weakens the body s defense.
Example: You drink Monday to Sunday but blame village people for headache.
3. SMOKING & SH**HA:
This one is not a joke. Smoke is smoke. To***co is to***co. Smoke is smoke.
Example: You say "It s just sh**ha." Okay. Your lungs say "It s just suffering."
4. BLEACHING & HARSH CHEMICALS:
Your skin is not a science experiment.
Example: You mix three bleaching creams and one oil "for fast action." Yes, the action is fast, but you won t like the ending.
5. IGNORING WARNING SIGNS:
Your body whispers before it screams.
Example: That small lump you ve been pressing like fidget toy, go and check it. It s not TomTom.
6. FAMILY HISTORY:
If cancer is in your family, you are not in the safe zone.
Example: Your mother had it, your aunt had it, but you re forming "It cannot reach me." Prevention is not pride.
7. ZERO EXERCISE:
You sit from morning to night like it s a part-time job.
Example: You climb one staircase and start breathing like generator starting-your body is begging you.
FINAL TRUTH:
I am not a doctor, but I know a careless lifestyle when I see one.
Cancer is not magic.
It likes places where people are not paying attention.
Take care of your body now. Prevention is still cheaper than treatment.
