Construction Technician in Building Projects:
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must possess full-process construction experience in high-rise residential projects, from foundation construction to projecmpletion and handover;
2. Proficient in using surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, and levels. Capable of computer-aided ing;
3. Able to provide technical briefings to labor teams at various construction stages; capable of inspecting and identifying quality and safety issues during the construction process, and proposing corrective suggests;
4. Comply with work arrangements from superiors; proactively respond within the specified timeframe; maintain a positive attitude towards correction requests, make active modifications, and reply on time;
5. Able to locate matching rainwater and sewage pipelines, as well as power and communication connection points in the project vicinity based on construction drawings; perform construction in accordance with drawings and local Nairobi rgulations;
6. Actively cooperate with other disciplines; maintain proactive communication during the construction process; actively contact colleagues and superiors regarding any issues;
7. Graduate from a recognized local institution Nairobi;
