We are working on two concepts a church in a box which is a 750 square meter church with 500 chairs. We are also working on mobile church concept for missionaries. This is a stage truck with a sleeper cab, 300 chairs 4 loud speakers and 4 flood lights all solar powered.

MP01 - 35 square meter 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Bungalow

Homes4Africa Uganda are proud to offer this cute 1 bedroom bungalow style home with an integrated living room dining/kitchen and separate bathroom.

Lounge Kitchen Dining Room 19 square meters
Bathroom 4 square meters
Bedroom 10 square meters

The house comes with kitchen cabinets and bathroom furniture.
Wired for 220/240 volts to European Standard and plumbed for running water.

This house is constructed in Turkey and shipped to Uganda via Mombasa, Kenya in a container. The house is fireproof and earthquake proof up to a magnitude of 8.0.

Homes4Africa can supply solar power for an extra charge.

We can supply houses anywhere in Kenya a however an additional fee may be required based on distance from Mombasa. Please let us know where your land is located when you contact us.

How are process works - you place your order and give a 1/4 quarter deposit. The order is processed in the factory (our lead time is 2 months), once the house is ready to ship we require a second payment. It takes about 3 weeks to ship the house to Kenya so in total from first payment to receiving the house is about 3 months. In order to clear the house through customs a 3rd payment is made and the 4th payment should be made before we build the house.

You will need your own land and a concrete foundation prior to the house being delivered. We do not take responsibility if you don't have your own land.

If we work our calculations out correctly a basic house costs:

$7000 + 10% Import duty ($7700) then + 15% VAT ($8855) +2.5% CIFS ($9076.38) + approximately $2000 shipping to Mombasa ($11076.38) plus approximately $1000 transport from Mombasa to Nairobi approximate total $12,000 / 1.2m ksh. Figures given as an example against Model MP1.

As stated the amount of shipping and inland freight charges are subject to confirmation and additional charges may apply beyond our control such as dock fees weight charges but before any order is confirmed all efforts will be taken to confirm all necessary costs.
