Effective Ramadan Routine :

1. Sleep daily by 10 pm
2. Wake up 2: 30 am
3. Tahajjud 2: 45 am till 3:15 am
4. Study Qur'an for 20 mins, at least 10 verses with meaning 3:15 am - 3:35 am
(Observe your dua for 10 mins, ask all your desires from Allah.
5. Eat sahur 3:35 am till 4:05 am
6. Rest till 4:20 am but do not sleep
7. Pray salatul Fajr 4:30 am
8. Do morning adhkar till 5 am - 5:30 am
9. Rest/prepare for the day till 6 am
10. 10 am - 10:30 am pray salatul duha, at least 4 rakaat
11. You can study after 10:30am to 11:45am.
(for students)
12. Take shower & Pray salatul Dhuhr. Do 20 mins adhkar(listening Quran recitation or read Quran)
13. Pray salatur Asr by 3 pm and do 20 mins evening adhkar
14. 6 pm break your fast with what you can afford. (Date, water, milk etc.) But pray and ask Allah anything & everything you want before breaking the fast, trust me your dua will not be rejected.
15. Pray salatul Magrib 6:06 pm & Do some rest.
16. 7pm start studying as your routine and then complete praying salatul Isha'a and pray 20 rakaat of Tarawi and 3 rakaat Witr till 9:30 pm
17. After Tarawi, spend 5 mins to reflect on the day. What did you do well. What needs to be improved. What needs to stop. What needs to start. We pray Almighty Allah rewards us all.

I stare at my daughter and pray, for sooo many things. Being a girl mom kinda makes me nervous. One day she'll be a big girl, then a teenager, then a whole grown woman out here. I hope she's always safe, that she's never a target. I hope she knows she can dream and become anything beyond her imagination. I hope she knows she's capable and deserving of a great life. I hope she becomes an honest, loving woman. I hope she makes great decisions. I hope she is emotionally intelligent, allowing herself to process, express, and feel emotion without feeling "weak". I hope she surrounds herself with love. I pray happiness and success is effortless in her life. I just want so much for my kid. I never want her to have experiences I've had or feel the way that I've felt. God cover and guide her 🥰🥰

Peace 🕊️

Raila Odinga was a true champion of democracy. A child of independence, he endured decades of struggle and sacrifice for the broader cause of freedom and self-governance in Kenya. Time and again, I personally saw him put the interests of his country ahead of his own ambitions. Like few other leaders anywhere, he was willing to choose the path of peaceful reconciliation without compromising his core values. Through his life, Raila Odinga set an example not just for Kenyans, but across Africa and around the world. I know he will be missed. Michelle and I send our deepest condolences to his family and to the people of Kenya.
