Legal issues. When buying land, one of your key concerns is the legitimacy of the firm and by extension, the land they are selling to you.

To further put you worries to rest, a copy of the mother title can be availed to you upon request. In addition, once full payment is done, a title (plot and not mother title) will be issued. The process will take no more than a month! We are the real deal!
