The Nanyuki Affordable Housing Project in Laikipia County, a key development under the Affordable Housing Programme, has been completed and is now ready for handover and moving in.

The project delivers 200 housing units designed to support comfortable, modern living across a range of income groups.

The development is equipped with essential infrastructure, including a 120,000-litre water storage system to ensure consistent supply, solar lighting in shared spaces, adequate parking, landscaped green areas, and well-paved walkways.

Following the completion of Phase One, plans are underway for a second phase that will introduce an additional 800 units within the same 5-acre site. This expansion is expected to drive continued job creation, boost local economic activity, and widen access to quality housing.
