Therefore , never leave your land vacant for many years, it opens opportunities for grabbing or illegal squatting.

Also never evict squatters yourself, law will not protect you, use local administration like chief or get a court order.

In Kenya a title deed is as good as its originality.

A title deed cannot cure a grabbed public or community land.

A court of law will easily revoke it, without any compensation.

Riparian land will be a no go zone even if the title deed is clean.

Therefore, before investing carry out due diligence thoroughly.
