A very special bank account

Imagine there is a bank which credits your account each morning with ksh/$86,400, carries over no balance from day to day, allows you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every shilling/dollar, of course!

Well, everyone has such a bank. Its name is Time. Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the records of the day. If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours.

There is no going back. There is no drawing against the "tomorrow". Therefore, there is never not enough time or too much time. Time management is decided by us alone and nobody else. It is never the case of us not having enough time to do things, but the case of whether we want to do it.

No single act will uncover more creative genius than forcing yourself to create consistently. Practicing your craft over and over is the only way to become decent at it. The person who sits around theorizing about what a best-selling book looks like will never write it. Meanwhile, the writer who shows up every day and puts their butt in the chair and their hands on the keyboard they are learning how to do the work.
Here are some examples…
Right now, you may not feel like going for a run. But if you put your running shoes on and fill up your water bottle that small start might be enough to get you out the door.Right now, you might be staring at a blank screen and struggling to write your report. But if you write random sentences for just two minutes, then you may find that useful sentences start to roll off your fingers.Right now, you might have a creative block and be struggling to draw something. But if you draw a random line on a sheet of paper and turn it into a dog, then you might get your creative juices flowing.

I wanted to join the IEBC demonstrations but I remembered Raila's daughter was not not to attend.
I wanted to angrily insult our President in front of that camera but well...I recalled that I saw them eat together with Raila and shook hands happily. They were not enemies.
I wanted to throw stones and loot public property and be shot dead, but well I jogged my memory and it hit me that I wouldn't be buried with honor Like Fidel Castro. The Kenyan flag would not be raised halfway for the respect of my selfless soul.
When it occurred to me that I would walk to go and sleep in Mlolongo while Raila is driven for flora and fauna in Wetlands, I chose to be a peace loving Kenyan, I chose to engage my brains and remain at home.
