Join our growing team and help deliver high-quality construction projects.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clerk of Works with:

5+ years’ experience in building construction supervision and inspection
Strong knowledge of structural works, finishing works, site coordination, and quality control
Ability to monitor workmanship, identify defects, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Experience preparing site inspection reports, progress updates, and quality control records
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
High-rise residential or commercial project experience is an added advantage

Project: Gazebo Apartments, Parklands
Recruiter: Gazebo Homes Ltd
Gazebo Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced and disciplined Finishing Foreman for the Gazebo Apartments project in Parklands.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction finishing works
- Strong experience in gypsum, tiling, painting, SPC flooring, internal doors, wardrobes, cabinetry, sanitary fittings, and final finishes
- Ability to supervise subcontractors and site labour efficiently
- Good understanding of finishing quality standards and site coordination
- Ability to read construction drawings and finishing details
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure
- Diploma or certificate in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise all finishing activities on site
-Coordinate subcontractors and daily site operations
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Ensure works are completed safely and within project timelines
- Report progress and site issues to project management
