Hi everyone, just a quick update from us.

We've made a decision regarding bedsitter inquiries.

For some time, we've been assisting clients looking for bedsitters, but we've realized that our current service model isn't working very well for this particular category.

There are significant costs and time involved in arranging viewings and searching for available units, and we've found that the majority of bedsitter inquiries don't proceed with our paid service.

So, for now, we've decided to stop taking bedsitter-search requests and focus our services on Shops,one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom properties.

This isn't about saying bedsitters aren't important, or that we don't appreciate the people who inquire. It's simply about focusing our resources on the services that work best for our business.
