**JOB TITLE: **Sales & Marketing Executive
**Duties and Responsibilities**
§ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective leads and current clients
§ Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients
§ Responsible for negotiation - providing proposals to current and prospective clients
§ Responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships
§ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
§ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
§ Assist in the creation of sales/marketing related documents or materials
§ Assist in analyzing marketing data
**Qualifications**
· Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
· Experience in property sales and hunt is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills
· Can work independently and under pressure
· Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Salary-25000ksh plus commission
