MARKETING HEAD (one post)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Head to lead our land/plots sales division in Kenya. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the sale of land and plots in Kenya. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market, strong marketing skills, and a proven track record in land/plots sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the sale of land and plots in Kenya, targeting potential buyers and maximizing brand visibility.
2. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success and individual growth.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, and finance to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and regulatory requirements.
5. Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, advertisements, and social media campaigns to effectively communicate the value proposition of our land/plots offerings.
6. Oversee the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising, to generate leads, engage with potential buyers, and drive website traffic.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates, and ROI, and prepare regular reports to management with actionable insights.
8. Stay updated with the Kenyan real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and regulatory changes, and applies this knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies.
9. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, developers, and industry associations, to maximize marketing opportunities and collaborations.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience 3years in marketing, preferably in the sale of real estate in Kenya.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and buyer behavior.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a marketing team.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and deliver engaging presentations.
6. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as digital marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
7. Analytical mindsets with the ability to interpret data, identifies trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
8. Creativity and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
9. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving marketing objectives and driving sales growth.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations pertaining to land sales and real estate marketing in Kenya is highly desirable.

SALES EXECUTIVE (two posts)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sale of land/plots. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential buyers, and promoting our land/plots offerings. This position requires a certificate in marketing and a strong passion for sales, coupled with knowledge and understanding of the land/plots market. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a drive for achieving targets, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell land/plots to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience throughout the sales process.
2. Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings, and use this information to tailor sales strategies.
4. Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers, provide detailed information about available land/plots, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

9. Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
1. Certificate in Marketing or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the land/plots or real estate industry.
3. Sound knowledge of land/plots sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficient in using sales tools, and MS Office applications.
