Everyone has a big dream in life.
I have one of my own: to become a rental legacy within the next 18 years.
Today, I’m already halfway through this unbelievable journey and I’d like to share a part of my story.
Most people know me as Ken. I started my real estate journey in 2015, and by late 2018, I owned a listed and licensed real estate company. Over the past 10 years in the real estate industry, I’ve learned, grown, and gained valuable experience. Along the way, I discovered that building a real rental legacy across Southeast Asia is not just a dream, it’s a commitment.
Through years of serving clients and communities, I’ve seen how rentals play a vital role in today’s society. People travel more, work remotely, and need flexible, reliable places to live and work.
