A lot of investors looking at Cambodia assume that if they spend $100K or $200K on a condo, they automatically get a 10-year residency visa.

That's not how it works. The Cambodia My 2nd Home (CM2H) program is a separate residency track, and it has three very different ways to qualify, with very different price points and tradeoffs.
