😔 ខ្ញុំប្រហែលជាសម្រេចចិត្តប្លុកផេករបស់អ្នកស្រី ម៉ម សុម៉ាលីហើយ។
រាល់ពេលដែលខ្ញុំបានមើលវីដេអូរបស់គាត់ម្តងៗ បេះដូងរបស់ខ្ញុំលោតញាប់ មានអារម្មណ៏សោកសៅយ៉ាងតំណំ ទឹកភ្នែកស្រក់មិនដឹងខ្លួន ពេលខ្លះអាចឈានទៅដល់គេងមិនលក់ពេញ១យប់ទៀត 😢😢😢🫵🏻 ក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំជាបុគ្គលដែលមានកូនស្រីម្នាក់ដែរ ខ្ញុំពិតជាទទួលយករឿងនេះមិនបានទេ។
🔥 ហើយរឿងទាំងនេះភាគច្រើនកើតឡើងនៅទីជនបទ ឬគ្រួសារដែលមានការអប់រំកម្រិតទាប។
តំណោះស្រាយពីខាងខ្ញុំ៖
⭐️ ទី១៖ មិនថាក្នុង ភូមិ ឃុំ ស្រុក គួរតែមានមធ្យោបាយធ្វើតំណើររួមពេលទៅសាលា មិនការបណ្តោយឲ្យពួកគាត់ធ្វើតំណើរដោយខ្លួនឯងទេ។ ប្រសិនបើគ្មានឡានយើងគួរតែមាន រម៉ក ឬរទេះគោ………។
⭐️ ទី២៖ ម្តាយរបស់កុមារីទាំងអស់គួរតែព្យាយាមយកកូនស្រីទៅជាមួយនៅពេលទៅបំពេញភារះកិច្ចផ្សេងៗទៅតាមដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន។
⭐️ ទី៣៖ បង្កើតច្បាបើថ្មីដាក់ទម្ងន់ទោសទៅលើជនល្មើស និងច្បាប់ទទួលបានការពារ ឬផលប្រយោជន៏ទៅលើជនរងគ្រោះ។
🙏 ខ្ញុំសូមលើកម្រាមដៃរ ១០ អង្វរដល់បុគ្គលដែលមានប្រជាប្រិយភាពក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងបុគ្គលដែលមានចិត្តឈឺឆ្អាលរឿងការពារសិទ្ធិកុមាររីឲ្យរួចផុតពីរកាមតណ្ហារបស់ពួកអាសត្វតិរឆ្ឆានទាំងនេះ សូមមេត្តាជួយស៊ែរវីដេអូនេះឲ្យបានទៅដល់ស្ថាបណ្ណពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាពិសេសខាងច្បាប់ គួរតែបង្កើតច្បាប់មួយថ្មីទៀតយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការទៅលើបុគ្គលណាដែលបំពានផ្លូវភេទទៅលើកុមារដែលមិនទាន់គ្រប់អាយុឲ្យធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុតដែលមិនអាចលើកលែងបាន ពីព្រោះបុគ្គលធុននេះទោះបីជាទុកទៀតក៏មិនចម្រើនដល់សង្គមជាតិដែរ។ នេះជាលើកទី១ហើយដែលខ្ញុំធ្វើការសុំពីសំណាក់បងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិ 🙏🙏🙏
Every time I watch her video, my heart beats fast, I feel so sad, tears fall unconsciously, sometimes it can lead to a whole night of sleeplessness. As a person who has a daughter, I really can't accept this.
And most of these things happen in rural areas or families with low education.
My solution:
✔️ First: Whether in villages, communes, or districts, there should be a way to travel together to school, not to let them travel on their own. If there is no car, we should have a rickshaw or a bullock cart……….
✔️ Second: All mothers of girls should try to take their daughters with them when they go to various tasks as much as possible.
✔️ Third: Create new laws that impose harsher penalties on offenders and laws that provide protection or benefits for victims.
I would like to raise 10 fingers and beg popular figures in Cambodia and people who are passionate about protecting the rights of girls and girls to be free from the lust of these evil creatures. Please share this video with relevant institutions, especially the legal community. They should create a new law that will severely punish anyone who sexually abuses minors, which is extremely serious and cannot be forgiven, because even if such individuals are left alone, they will not contribute to the development of the national society.
