Building Services are the key organs of a Building and it is important that Strata & Property Manager are familiar & knowledgeable in the various aspect so to ensure that all M&E System, Facilities and Operation of a Building are in tip top condition.
King of all trades and Master of None?
I would think it is about our mentality. How to value add to our role or we are merely being a courier boy or messenger passing message from service vendors to our client.
Happy to share my knowledge with another batch of practitioner attending the Legislation Course for Managing Agents at Singapore Polytechnic. My third year doing this since 2021 for this Course.
