Position : Training Specialist
Description:
-Propose training plan and schedule
-Develop training contents, training materials and strategy related to insurance product to ensure effective training deliveries
-Conduct post training follow up, training material and identify impacts
-Conduct monthly assessment/exam to strengthen the team capacity
-Work effectively in collaboration team approach with management
-Perform related capability task as per assigned
Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
-Minimum of 1 year experiences
-Substantial knowledge and experience of managing training and development product/ services
-Flexibility to respond well to changing circumstances
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organization skills
-Good application of Ms. Words, Excel and Ms. Power Point
Salary : 400$ – 800$

Position : Deputy Sale Manager
Job Description
-Manage to achieve the set target of sale staff
-Lead, manage and supervise a variety of marketing campaigns
-Responsible for the design and presentation of all Sale environments and marketing material for all projects for Sales team’s use
-Manage advertising schedule and great. Implement advertising concepts for all projects
-Production of presentation /marketing material for all projects, in line with legal rudiments
-Negotiate sale transitions and promote mortgage arrangements for all sale as and when required
-Ensure the sale team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job
-Promote and act accordance with company values, system,policeis and procedures
-Report to the board when required
-Recruit and provide training to staffs
-Manage sales administration team and processes, including with the legal department
-Manage sales collection team and process, including cooperation with the finance department
-Other tasks as assigned by sale & marketing director
Require:
-At least 5 years experiences with Sale & Marketing or others related field
-Desire to achieve the set target
-Bachelor Degree of Management, Sale, Marketing equivalents (Master degree a plus)
-Excellent communication interpersonal skills
-High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic, and resilient new challenges
-Good analytical creative problem-solving skills
-Strong organization time management skill
Salary : 800$ – 1200$
