MAXEM Property is looking for entry level and experienced staff to join our growing team of real estate professionals in this dynamic and fast paced industry.
Roles and Description:
Role 1) Sales Executive - Entry-level and mid-level experienced Sales Executives will be responsible primarily for assisting clients with property searches, leases, rentals and purchases of both residential and commercial property.
Role 2) Valuation Officer - Mid-level role with prior experience in Property Valuation will be responsible for expanding and growing our business by liaising with banks, financial institutions, and preparing formal property valuation reports. Should have 1 to 3 years prior experience in residential and commercial valuation.
Role 3) Administrative Officer - Mid-level role to assist in managing general office duties, including accounting, bookkeeping, monthly tax preparation, preparation of marketing materials, financial reporting, and payroll. 1-2 years experience.
Both expats and locals are welcome to apply. Sales staff should be fluent in English and second language such as Chinese, French, Japanese or Korean would be preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
