TEP APSOR VISA is an authorized agency in Cambodia. There are three departments of operations such as Tep Apsor Visa, Tep Apsor Real Estate and Tep Apsor Translation. Due to our progressive business with best quality, we are now seeking for skillful and honest staff with strong commitment to work full time at our company. Tour Manager can have opportunity to go abroad.
1-Administrator and HR manager
Job Description
- Assist to develop administrative policies which assign to the business.
- Develop, review and update administration policies and procedures.
- Work with local authorities to ensure the company employment is complying with the
Cambodian Labor Law and Regulations.
- General office maintenance and document filing.
- Procurement and management of fixed asset and stationery.
Job Requirement
- Female and good looking candidate.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration and HR
- 3-4 years of experience in different field of administration and HR: Compensation, recruitment, training & admin.
- Ability to develop and drive new things.
- Knowledge of relevant Cambodian Labor Law.
- Computer Skills: MS word, Excel, Power Point, Quick Book, Email, Internet.
- Strong command in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
- Able to work under pressure and a good team player.
- Salary is negotiated depending on experiences and qualifications.
- Attitude: Positive mindset, Honest & friendly, good - Commitment: Willingness to work late and under pressures

2.Tour Manager
Job Description
- Do market research.
- Provide excellent services to customers.
- Independently create Tour Itineraries & Packages.
- Design new promotional tour products.
- Tour arrangement & quotation.
- Handling reservation with various suppliers and partners.
- Communication and negotiation with customers and other related sections.
- Collect feed-back from customers and make report to CEO.
Job Requirement - Master Degree in related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experiences in Tour Operation.
- Be passionate about traveling and sales with an open minded attitude.
- Excellent English at speaking, listening, reading, writing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good customer services, Organizational skills
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline.
- Flexible, honest, hardworking, intelligent, and has good attention to detail.
- Willing to works as team.
- Can work under pressure and be able to manage time frame.
- Ability to travel within the country and overseas.
- Flexible and willing to learn new things to improve work quality.

3.Sales and Marketing Staff
Job Description
- Find and sell properties.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Write property report and submit it to CEO every day.
- Able to work independently with strong follow up tenacity.
- Other related duties assigned by CEO.
Job Requirements
- Work 80% outside the office.
- Both male and female (male is prioritized).
- Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.
- Good English communication.
- Have a negotiation skill.
- Can work under pressure.
- Hard-working, honest and reliable. (Honesty is the main policy of the company)
- Salary is negotiated depending on experiences and qualifications.
4.Designer Job Description -Design for broadcasting, leaflets, banners, stand, logo, name card, staff card…….etc. -High response with own work -Honesty and commitment
Job Requirements - Both male and female
- Illustrator / Photoshop …..
- Able to speak English at least at daily fair level
- Have a strength in either of the fields follows: broadcasting, graphics, or documents design
- Able to work in a small-sized company
- Have a strength in the field of broadcasting - Can work under pressure. - At least 1 year of experience in design field
5.French Translator
Job Description
-To translate all company documents from English to French
-From Khmer to French
- Other related duties assigned by CEO.
Job Responsibilities
-Keep good translate service
-Bachelor degree in French
-At least 2 year experience in French Translation
-Good command of French and Khmer
-Can work under pressure
- Hard-working, honest and reliable. (Honesty is the main policy of the company)
-Support the company to translate from Khmer to French and from English to French
6.Ticketing Staff/Officer
Job Description
- Welcome Customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Check ticket and booking ticket online.
- Completing a required report in system, sending to CEO.
- Able to work independently with strong follow up tenacity.
- Other related duties as CEO assigned Job Requirement.
Job Requirements
- Booking air ticket by system (Abacus, Galileo)
- Cambodian National and good looking.
- Both male and female (female is prioritized).
- At least Associate Degree in Tourism or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in travel agency in the field of ticketing.
- English Communication is a must.
- Can work under pressure.
- Some knowledge in Sales and Marketing is a plus.
- Hard working.
- Salary is negotiated depending on experiences and qualifications.
7. Call center officer
Job Description
-Good communication with customers
- Handles customer complaints and enquiries
- Keeps customers informed about Tep Apsor services and promotions
- Provides good services to customers
- Performs other tasks as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
-University or fresh graduate students are highly encouraged
- Experienced in Call Center, Sales and Marketing is an advantage
- Computer literate ( Ms. Office & Excel)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to work independently and under time pressure
