ស្របតាមចក្ខុវិស័យរយៈពេល ១៥ឆ្នាំ របស់ផែនការមេខេត្តជាប់ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា, ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ កោះកុង កំពត និងកែប កំពុងប្រែក្លាយទៅជាប៉ូលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលកំណើនថ្មី ក្នុងការទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិនធំៗ ដែលជំរុញដោយវិស័យអាទិភាពសំខាន់ៗដូចជា ទេសចរណ៍, កសិឧស្សាហកម្ម, កម្មន្តសាល និងថាមពលបៃតង។ គាំទ្រដោយ ធនធានធម្មជាតិ ទីតាំងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងគោលនយោបាយលើកទឹកចិត្តវិនិយោគ វិស័យទាំងនេះមានសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់សម្រាប់ទាក់ទាញការវិនិយោគ បង្កើតការងារ ជម្រុញការនាំចេញ និងបង្កើតសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងថ្មីសម្រាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។
In line with the 15-year vision of the Cambodia Coastal Master Plan, Preah Sihanouk, Koh Kong, Kampot and Kep, are transforming into national development hubs and new growth centers capable of attracting major investors, driven by key priority sectors such as tourism, agro-processing, manufacturing, and green energy. Supported by natural resources, strategic locations and investment incentive policies, these sectors hold strong potential to expand employment, investment, exports and creating new competitiveness for the national economy.
