- Reporting & proposing the best properties to sales manager to boost sales as fast as profits making.
- Analyzing & reporting the Profit-Opportunity-Properties to MD & Management team to promote for sales /lease.

Marketing Manager must take responsible for:
- Planning and controlling the Media & Advertising Budget.
- Managing & controlling the Sales Funnel (CRM).
- Daily controlling MarComm Activities.
- Developing and controlling daily Direct Marketing activities.
- Developing the general demand on General Properties.
- Promoting the Contracted-Project-Sales to local & foreign prospects/customers.
- Following up and reporting eporting the Local & Foreign Customers to MD.

Sales Manager must take responsible for:
- Planning the sales of project (Town & Condo).
- Managing & controlling Project Sales Team.
- Contracting with Project Owners to boost their project sales.
- Following the Sales Funnel (CRM) to strengthen sales team.
- Reporting the Lead, Prospect, Customer to Head of Sales Marketing.
- Training the Sales Team on Sales Strategy, Sales Tactic, and Sales Policy.
- Making good relation with customer through keeping customer as "KING".
- Daily controlling the sales process and sales admins.
