We ask the world to see the true face of Thai thieves. They looted the property of Cambodian civilians and then claimed they were merely “holding it for safekeeping.” If the owners want it back, they are told to present documents or proof despite the fact that Thai soldiers destroyed thousands of Cambodian homes. Some houses were burned down by Thai troops. Others were surrounded with barbed wire and forcibly seized after the ceasefire.
After that, Thai soldiers broke into Cambodian homes, looted everything without exception, stole property from pagodas and schools, and even filmed videos to show off openly boasting about their crimes.
When they later faced criticism from the international community, they suddenly claimed that all the stolen property was being kept “safe.” Then they demanded documents or evidence for people to recover what was stolen from them.
This is the true face of Thai invading thieves. Thailand has already carried out wars of aggression and war crimes against Cambodia, yet now tries to portray itself as a good and civilized actor.
We urge the international community to look deeply and honestly at the true nature of Thai actions. Every act of looting was committed by Thai soldiers themselves and they filmed their own crimes, including the burning and destruction of Cambodian civilian homes.
These crimes also include fencing off houses with barbed wire, placing shipping containers to block access, and occupying Cambodian civilian homes after the ceasefire leaving thousands of families unable to return to their own houses.
 យើងសូមឲ្យពិភពលោកបានឃើញមុខមាត់ពិតរបស់ចោរថៃ។ ពួកគេបានលួចទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់ជនស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជា ហើយបន្ទាប់មកអះអាងថាពួកគេគ្រាន់តែ «រក្សាទុកវាសម្រាប់សុវត្ថិភាព»។ ប្រសិនបើម្ចាស់ចង់បានវាមកវិញ ពួកគេត្រូវបានប្រាប់ឲ្យបង្ហាញឯកសារ ឬភស្តុតាង ទោះបីជាទាហានថៃបានបំផ្លាញផ្ទះរាប់ពាន់ខ្នងរបស់កម្ពុជាក៏ដោយ។ ផ្ទះខ្លះត្រូវបានដុតបំផ្លាញដោយកងទ័ពថៃ។ ផ្ទះខ្លះទៀតត្រូវបានហ៊ុំព័ទ្ធដោយលួសបន្លា និងរឹបអូសដោយបង្ខំបន្ទាប់ពីបទឈប់បាញ់។
បន្ទាប់ពីនោះ ទាហានថៃបានវាយលុកចូលទៅក្នុងផ្ទះរបស់កម្ពុជា លួចអ្វីៗគ្រប់យ៉ាងដោយគ្មានករណីលើកលែង លួចទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិពីវត្តអារាម និងសាលារៀន ហើយថែមទាំងថតវីដេអូដើម្បីបង្ហាញការអួតអាងដោយបើកចំហអំពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ពួកគេ។
ក្រោយមក នៅពេលដែលពួកគេប្រឈមមុខនឹងការរិះគន់ពីសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ ពួកគេស្រាប់តែអះអាងថា ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិដែលត្រូវបានលួចទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុក «សុវត្ថិភាព»។ បន្ទាប់មកពួកគេបានទាមទារឯកសារ ឬភស្តុតាងសម្រាប់មនុស្សដើម្បីយកមកវិញនូវអ្វីដែលត្រូវបានគេលួចពីពួកគេ។
នេះគឺជាមុខមាត់ពិតរបស់ចោរឈ្លានពានថៃ។ ប្រទេសថៃបានធ្វើសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពាន និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាមប្រឆាំងនឹងកម្ពុជារួចហើយ ប៉ុន្តែឥឡូវនេះព្យាយាមបង្ហាញខ្លួនឯងថាជាអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្តល្អ និងមានអរិយធម៌។
យើងសូមអំពាវនាវដល់សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិឱ្យពិនិត្យមើលយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅ និងស្មោះត្រង់ចំពោះធម្មជាតិពិតនៃសកម្មភាពរបស់ថៃ។ រាល់ទង្វើប្លន់ត្រូវបានប្រព្រឹត្តដោយទាហានថៃខ្លួនឯង ហើយពួកគេបានថតវីដេអូឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ពួកគេផ្ទាល់ រួមទាំងការដុតបំផ្លាញ និងបំផ្លាញផ្ទះពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ។
ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មទាំងនេះក៏រួមបញ្ចូលទាំងការហ៊ុមព័ទ្ធផ្ទះដោយលួសបន្លា ការដាក់កុងតឺន័រដឹកជញ្ជូនដើម្បីបិទផ្លូវចូល និងការកាន់កាប់ផ្ទះពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរបន្ទាប់ពីបទឈប់បាញ់ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យគ្រួសាររាប់ពាន់គ្រួសារមិនអាចត្រឡប់ទៅផ្ទះរបស់ពួកគេវិញបាន។
