I spent three hours before sunset observing the migrating Steppe Eagles and other birds. It was a splendid experience, witnessing these majestic birds of prey up close.

ذهبت قبل غروب الشمس بثلاث ساعات لمنطقة الخويسات وهي قريبة من محمية الجهراء بحثًا عن الجوارح الرحالة التي بدأت رحلتها للجنوب وقد وجدت الطيور:
Egyptian Vulture Neophron percnopterus 1, Greater Spotted Eagle Clanga clanga 1, Steppe Eagle Aquila nipalensis 20, Pallid Harrier Circus macrourus 1, Steppe Buzzard Buteo buteo vulpinus/menetriesi 7, Long-legged Buzzard Buteo rufinus 1, Eurasian Hoopoe Upupa epops 2, Isabelline Wheatear Oenanthe isabellina 1.
