Now Hiring: Executive Deputy General Manager
Project:
Gulf International Community, a high-end apartment project developed in two phases in the core area of Vientiane, Laos (next to Fa Ngum Park, adjacent to Crowne Plaza Vientiane and Holiday Inn Vientiane). Phase I, comprising approximately 540 units, has already topped out. We are now recruiting outstanding talent.
Position: Executive Deputy General Manager, Property Company
Nationality: Thai or Lao
Age: 30–40; no gender restriction
Requirements:
1. Language: Native Lao or Thai speaker; fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; postgraduate degree preferred.
3. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in high-end property services or high-end hotel management.
4. Competencies: Outgoing personality and high emotional intelligence; strong communication, organization, planning, and coordination skills; keen business acumen and strong operational/business management ability; highly adaptable.
5. Personal Qualities: Bold yet meticulous; hardworking and able to endure hardship; strong professional ethics; strict confidentiality.
Compensation: USD 1,500–2,500 per month
