Vientiane Saysettha Development Zone is a national-level special economic zone in Laos and the only national-level foreign economic and trade cooperation zone of China in Laos. Since the construction of the development zone began in 2012, 4 square kilometers of infrastructure construction work has been completed, attracting Chinese, Japanese, Laotian and other More than 80 enterprises from 7 countries settled in the zone and put into production one after another. 万象赛色塔综合开发区是中国和老挝两国政府共同确定的国家级合作项目，是老挝国家级经济特区和中国国家级境外经济贸易合作区，受到两国政府的高度关注和大力支持。

开发区占地11.5平方公里，由老中联合投资有限公司负责投资和运营。开发区分三期开发，一期开发4平方公里，重点发展工业产业；二、三期发展物流、商贸、旅游及房地产，努力建成万象新城。

目前已完成一期4平方公里的基础设施配套工程及道路绿化、亮化工程，完成园区内通水、通电、通路、通信、网络，实现“五通”，并基本完成一期场地平整工程。

园区已建成标准化工业厂房，并建有4000平方米的综合服务配套设施（办公楼、企业服务中心、职工宿舍楼等），欢迎广大企业入驻园区。
