Jade has more than 20 years of international & national experience in the real estate sector. He worked for 6 years at KPMG Paris where his main duties were in the field of audits, IPO and consultancy for funds & investment for real estate companies.
Jade then moved to BEARINGPOINT Paris and worked as a consultant for two key property management companies of Group La Poste & EDF.
In 2007, Jade moved to Sydney in Australia to work in the field of real estate transactions & development where he got his accreditation of a Six Sigma Black Belt. He founded KAT Properties, a development company specialized in town houses.

In 2010, Jade moved back to Lebanon to found JSK Real Estate a company specialized in brokerage and consultancy and ZEUS SAL a company specialized in Project management.
With the success achieved in a record time, Jade is heading today JZ Holding the mother company of JSK Real Estate and ZEUS management.
JZ Holding is as well the mother company of many real estate development projects: Le Sommet (laqlouq), Domaine de M (Mechmech) and Pine Villas (Jbeil).

Jade holds a Master degree in Real Estate Management (ESSEC Business School – France) and a Master degree in Management / Finance (SKEMA Business School – France). He is also an elected member of RICS LONDON (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in the Planning and development faculty.
