SPECIFICATIONS
Reinforced Concrete Works:
Structural construction reinforced concrete designed to resist an earthquake of up to magnitude 7 on Richter scale.
Masonry Works:
-10cm cement blocks for interior partitions.
-20cm cement blocks for partitions separating both apartments on the same floor.
-A double wall (10+5+10cm) of cement blocks for exterior walls.
Exterior Building Finishing:
-Natural Stone as per facade design.
-2 coats of plastering + special waterproof layer as per the facade design.

Wood Works:
-Oak veneered for entrance doors with security locks.
Paint Works:
-2 coats of filling and 3 coats of emulsion paint.

-UV glossy finish coated on MDF and mixed by natural laminated oak.
-Hinges and drawers: “Hettich” with soft close
-Counter top: resin solid surface white color with sink under top.
