Thanks for your interest in *One Office* which is located near Hamra street in a calm yet strategic area, between AUB & LAU universities.

There are 8 shared offices (workspaces 05 & 06) and 2 private offices with balcony space (workspaces 01 & 02) available for immediate rental - noting minimum tenancy period is 1 week.

Following services are available for tenants:

1. Receptionist / Secretary services (shared)
2. ⁠Modern office space with all business amenities available for immediate usage
3. ⁠Meeting room up to 6 people (shared)
4. ⁠High speed fiber optic internet
5. ⁠Air conditioned rooms
6. ⁠Workstation with modern IPPBX handsets (can be configured with SIP accounts)
7. ⁠MFP Machine (photocopy / scan / print)
8. ⁠Networked Workstations with Server & Data Storage (if required)
9. ⁠Local landlines for local calls only - mobile & international calls are priced separately.
10. ⁠UPS available to ensure uninterrupted work is achieved.
11. ⁠Waterfalls to enjoy the view (currently under maintenance)
12. ⁠Aquariums to feel one with nature 💚 (currently under maintenance)

Tenancy cost (prepaid, per month) for each shared office is 250$ and 750$ for each private office, negotiable for serious tenants! ☺️

Tenancy cost is subject to special & increasing discounts based on quantity (number) of offices required and based on tenancy period to be reserved (paid in advance):

1O is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
