Last November 2018, the *Yarzé 1674 Residences* have been environment-friendly certified by the London based BRE - *Building Research Establishment* - by granting it the *BREEAM Very Good Certification* (Ref: BREEAM-0043-578).

After shortlisting the project, in December 2019, among the year’s *highest scoringbuildings* under BREEAM, the BRE presented it to an independent judging panel of eminent industry figures to select the final winners in their respective categories.
