👉🏾Lebanon Today: Will the Diaspora Ever Return?
🙏What would convince Lebanon’s diaspora youth to come back—not just to visit, but to stay?
👉🏾The issue goes beyond jobs or logistics. It’s about trust—trust that the past won’t repeat itself, that sacrifice won’t be wasted once again.
👉🏾The airport is open, but that doesn’t mean Lebanon is returning to its golden age.
👉🏾The crisis is ongoing: inflation is rising, unemployment growing, reforms are stalled, and armed groups still refuse to lay down their weapons. Institutions remain fragile, and leadership fragmented.
👉🏾Emigration continues quietly—even among those who swore they would never leave. When hope fades, escape becomes the only option.
👉🏾The greatest loss is not wealth or talent—it’s belief in the future.
🙏Lebanon must act now.
It must reclaim sovereignty, enforce justice, and restore public trust. Only then will its youth find a reason to return—not just to their land, but to a country worth building again.
