The Space

Well designed self contained apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment is located on the 2rd floor overlooking the sea and garage parking is available at no extra cost. Please note that there is no lift facility in this property.

The apartment has a splendid sea view with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining and sitting areas, an equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop etc. All 2 rooms are fully airconditioned.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Fresh towels, hand wash and quality linen will be provided for all guests. Linen & towels will be changed on request during your stay at a cost of $5 per change. Wifi can be provided for just $3 a day.

The Neighborhood

This apartment is located in the heart of Colombo 03, Colpitty. The apartment is ideally located for the busy traveler, either travelling on work or for a conference, and for the easy going explorer alike. The lane is adjoining the Galle road, where you will be able to take the bus that goes to Fort or Galle Face Green and a hop down the road will take you to the marine drive (beach road). Within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, guests have several food joints and bakeries (Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabian Knights, Srilankan food, etc. Shopping malls such as Majestic City and Liberty Plaza are just 5 mins by tuk tuk or taxi. There is a cinema located on Galle Road which is also 5 mins by walk from the apartment.
Banks, major super stores, fashion houses, hospitals (Durdans) are all within 5-10 mins from the apartment.

Getting Around

Public Transportation The neighborhood is an easy mix between residential and commercial and provides for safe and easy travelling during the day as well as in the night. If you prefer to go local, there is bus that goes towards the main bus station and railway station at Fort just on top of the road. A Two minute walk would take you to Galle Road and there are plenty of meter tuk tuks and cabs available at all times.
