Our experience enables us to provide an efficient and cost effective services considering Land related Laws and regulations of Sri Lanka. Saliya Wickramasinghe and Surveyors (Pvt) Ltd was founded in the year 2015 and it is led by three Senior Registered Licensed Surveyors. Our Managing Director SaliyaWickramasinghe β€˜s 35 years’ experience in Court Commission Surveys has enabled us to possess the k

nowledge of Land Ownership Laws and Land Development Laws in Sri Lanka. We are thorough in Land Partition Act, Land Acquisition Act ,Title Registration Act Urban Development Regulations and Apartment ownership Act etc. Our company offers a wide range in Surveying Services such as Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Land Title Surveys Condominium Surveys and Measured building Surveys. Survey software are used for preparation of Survey Plans. We provide hard copies of Survey Plans and digital files at the request of clients. We have produced more than 18000 survey plans by now. We always maintain the Sri Lanka Survey standards.

Hello everyone,

We hope you and your family are safe during this difficult time.

We regret to inform you that our office, located in a flood prone area in Kolonnawa, will remain closed until conditions improve. Due to the ongoing severe weather, we are unable to confirm a reopening date at this moment.

Our staff members are also affected by the current flooding situation, and therefore there may be occasional delays in communication during this period. We kindly request your understanding and patience.
