* Roof leak තියෙනවද?
* Wall cracks තියෙනවද?
* Doors, windows, locks හොඳට වැඩද?
* Bathroom, kitchen clean ද?
* Water pressure හොඳද?
4. Agreement එක අනිවාර්යයි
* Written agreement එකක් ගන්න
* Rent period ලියලා තියෙන්න ඕන
* Notice period mention කරන්න
* Advance refund conditions ලියලා තියෙන්න ඕන
5. Security බලන්න
* Gate / boundary wall තියෙනවද?
* Parking safe ද?
* Door locks strong ද?
* Neighbours හොඳද?
6. Owner Details Check කරන්න
* Real owner ද කියලා confirm කරන්න
* NIC copy / contact number ගන්න
* Payment කරනකොට receipt ගන්න
7. Rules කලින්ම අහන්න
* Pets allowed ද?
* Visitors allowed ද?
* Garbage rules තියෙනවද?
* Repairs කවුද කරන්නේ?
